4. Deployment & Customer Responsibilities

Proper installation, configuration, and ongoing operation are critical to system effectiveness. Customers are responsible for:

Visiontech Consulting is not responsible for outcomes resulting from misuse, misconfiguration, or failure to follow recommended deployment practices.

5. Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visiontech disclaims all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted operation.

Any warranties that apply to Visiontech products or services will be set out in a separate written agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visiontech’s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to this website, these Terms, or any Visiontech product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer to Visiontech for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Customer Indemnity

Customers agree to indemnify and hold Visiontech harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from misuse of the products or services, unlawful deployment, failure to obtain required consents or approvals, improper configuration, unauthorized modifications, or use of the products or services contrary to documentation, applicable law, or written instructions from Visiontech.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Visiontech’s collection, use, disclosure, storage, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy policy. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Visiontech products and services complies with applicable privacy, surveillance, employment, biometric, access control, and data protection laws.

8. Export Controls and Restricted Use

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable export control, sanctions, procurement, privacy, surveillance, and security laws. Visiontech products and services may not be used, exported, re-exported, transferred, or deployed in violation of applicable law or for unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination, or other prohibited purposes.

9. AI, Analytics, and Automated Insights

FACES2 uses AI and automated analytics to assist with detection, monitoring, and decision support. AI, analytics, alerts, scores, classifications, and automated insights are intended to support human decision-making. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, trained security personnel, emergency response procedures, or legally required review. Customers are responsible for determining how outputs are reviewed, escalated, documented, and acted upon.

AI results may be affected by data quality, sensor placement, environmental conditions, and operational context.

10. Third-Party Hardware & Integrations

FACES2 solutions may integrate with third-party hardware, software, or services. Visiontech Consulting is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party components.

Compatibility does not imply endorsement or warranty of third-party products.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of Visiontech Consulting or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability
