No Warranties

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable export control, sanctions, procurement, privacy, surveillance, and security laws. Visiontech products and services may not be used, exported, re-exported, transferred, or deployed in violation of applicable law or for unlawful surveillance, unlawful discrimination, or other prohibited purposes.
FACES2 uses AI and automated analytics to assist with detection, monitoring, and decision support. AI, analytics, alerts, scores, classifications, and automated insights are intended to support human decision-making. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, trained security personnel, emergency response procedures, or legally required review. Customers are responsible for determining how outputs are reviewed, escalated, documented, and acted upon.
AI results may be affected by data quality, sensor placement, environmental conditions, and operational context.
FACES2 solutions may integrate with third-party hardware, software, or services. Visiontech Consulting is not responsible for the performance, availability, or security of third-party components.
Compatibility does not imply endorsement or warranty of third-party products.
